You know, I have 6 2600s, 1 5200s, 1sega genesis, 1 sega saturn, 1 sega master system, 2 Nintento NES,1 Atari SuperPong (cx-140), 1 colecovision, 1 intellivision, and 1 sega game gear. Belive it or not, I am not that big of a Sega fan. I just ran into a few good deals. You notice that 7800 is not even listed there. I am afraid that I cannot rightfully say which my favorite system is because I have never played a 7800. As far as the sega controller goes, you can certainly use it with the standard 2600 as well. The games for the 5200 do rock. I especially love the version of Star Raiders that was made for it. I have heard that there were a ferw problems with the 7800 not being able to play all 2600 games. I don't know if there is any truth to that or not. But in order to say which is my favorite based upon the info I have available, The winner is the 2600. The stuff is so available. Yo can find it everywhere!! Plus, it's the stuff I grew up with. I was lucky enough to get a 2600. When the 5200 came out, my parents basically made it know that there was no way that we were going to spend any more on a VIDEO GAME!! So the 2600 was all that I ever knew. How about everyone else? do you all have a favorite? Why?
