How about starting a documentation project to get this manual on the web?
I had this manual until my house burnt down in a fire, I've still got the computer and software, no manual. I've been seeking a replacement manual.
If people are interested, we could get a documentation project going and get the manual in electronic form for everyone to use for all time:) The HiSoft manuals are notrious for falling apart with heavy use too.
I'm sure HiSoft would be unlikely to object.. They merged into another distribution company in 2001 and have since disappeared. They had not supported those products for nearly 10 years now.
If you think it is something worthwhile for the Atari community as a while, we could get some scans done and distribute for people to mark up, then merging into HTML on the web and a PDF for download. Would be a very worthwhile project.
