Actually, in my general rummaging around the net, I've come across this Pompey Pirates website:

which has zip files to download, and according to the list has the Devpac3 doc on disk 8. One small problem is the zip file won't download. I'm going to email the guy and see why it won't download, but if it is, then that would be great! (there are also loads of cool games on the site)

Anyway, I'll report back when he gets in touch, cheers Ben :)
