The blitter is working on only a few Falcons when overclocked that much. So no, for the majority of people with an accelerator that either has fastram or accelerated bus (or both) it is not useful at all.

There's a reason why people with these busaccelerators run the blitter in half-clock mode (12.5MHz)....
