Sharp PC101 optocoupler, 5kV CTR 60% ,I=50mA...
Only info on the web..
I currently have a complete powersupply laying around here (fully functional) - If you'd live nearby I could send this stuff over to you (you could take over the postage ) - I could send you the whole PS if you'd want to
Despite of that - I assume you (the requester) are from the UK, so if the abovementioned is not an option, I could peek & poke around to find out more about the pinout, I am pretty sure an easily obtainable 4N26 ( http://www.fairchildsemi.com/ds/4N/4N26.pdf ) will do the job (just watch out for the -M (=white) version --- since the IF - value matches most closely to the original ones)
The version in the black (regular) case has an IF value of 100mA, the white draws IF=60mA.. (IF = forward current)
Other values seem pretty similar (isolation is still sufficient, etc) - I just need to verify if the provided pinout is (could be ) idential too..
PS -- and : the ORIGINAL Shap PC101 is still available (if you don't mind ordering it over in Poland -- they seem to have some of them still in stock -- and I think another electronics store in Hungary has quite a few of'em too).
PPS -- in theory you could go for almost any optocoupler which has a similar (low enough) forward current value, same pinout & can hold similar voltages & features at least similar isolation/insulation ratings..
Greetings
