Nope, that's where the confusion lies... MFM was before SCSI and different, iirc.
My Supra 20 MB is an MFM, not SCSI.
I think the only limit for HD size is the First or Boot Partition which must be under 16MB on earlier TOS versions, and you can have Partitions C thru P. Subsequent Partitions can be larger... at least using ICD Pro, by adjusting the Cluster size, which makes it waste more space for small files, but at least you can use GigaByte+ Drives.
