Yes, normaly it needs TermPWR ON, Parity OFF, the right SCSI cable, and an hard disc driver that acept this device.
Also a single, not used SCS ID and a well termination of the hole SCSI chain.
If the ICD driver it does, i´m not sure.
HDDrive does it perfect.

Simple use a 50 pin to 25 pin SCSI cable..
