I dont see why not.

I moded a US falcon to run in NZ (230V) which is similar to the UK.

I just replaced the 110v PSU with a 230v STe PSU.

But I beleive that in the US it is quite easy to use a step up transformer to power the existing PSU with a 110v supply.

I may be wrong about the video but I think it will work apart from maybe the composite as it would be PAL not NTSC.
