Some additions to my own words.
1. In order to make disk images you dont have to use a pc formated disk. You just use your original st disks.
2. The program for changing the boot sector doesn't work for me. Maybe it works with your drive. But anyway, use it with care. TRY IT ON A TEST DISK.
3. The best (and without any risk) way is the disk image way.
