AdSpeed board was made by ICD, you still see a few around, I believe they gave you a clock speed of 16Mhz on a 68000, and I think it had a cache, but I'm not sure. It would seem pointless not to have put on on actually.
A better bet is the the T28e board. It had a decent sized fast cache (64k if I remeber right) and clocks up to 28Mhz, so it's better all round than the AdSpeed, I havn't seen any for years though.
