Hi, there. Having some trouble, huh?

Unfortunately, your STF has no composite video output, it only has RGB + Hsync/Vsync, so you canīt connect it to a video input without using an external RGB-to-CVBS converter... (could use a VCR with fullscart input and cvbs out...)

Simplest solution should be to replace the STF with a STFM or STE, since those compos offers the composite video signal at the monitor connectorīs pin 2. Thatīs life :)
