I don't think this helps you much, but a subnet-mask
is a bitfield applied to the target IP-address. It is
commonly used to set which IP-addresses are being
contacted via the gateway and which are contacted
directly.
This is mainly used for intranets. But you'll definetly
find more detailed information about this on the web.
Until now i didn't know STinG could do IP-masquerading
by itself, therefore, i honestly can't help you with the
settings i'm afraid ...
