Author: Martine (81.136.6.68) Date: 02-19-2005 16:30 It sounds like a serious fault because if this is an STE it should have grey screen blank then the desktop should appear with or without a disk in the drive. If not then it could be infamous desktop bug buts not that because of the discription you have given of the fault,so its a serious hardware problem.Please locate a computer engineer with a knowledge of Atari's. Martine.
