I don't really know if i get you right, but
i hope i answer your question by that:
Yes, building a (simple) network between the
Atari and a PC is easy. A nullmodem cable
will do to connect them either via Kermit,
ZModem or any other protocol.
If you simply want to use the PC's harddisk
as slave, you can also use Ghostlink.
However, that has nothing to do with using
the PC's monitor and/or keyboard to control
the ST - it's not a "remote control" software
just a simple network to transfer files.
It's not easy to use a PC keyboard on an ST
as the ST keyboard is intelligent - which the
whole PC isn't.
It depends on the monitor if you can use it
on the ST. Usually, it will only display
monochrome resolution using an adapter.
