Netware: There is Linux stuff that could be ported to MiNT, although this wouldn't be an easy task (porting both the IPX/SPX stack and a netware file system driver). I don't know of anything specifically for the Atari other than what has been mentioned. Even Novell isn't pushing netware much anymore though.
Javascript: Links has been ported I believe, and Links does contain some javascript support. Its kinda buggy, but it works. I don't know if highwire has javascript support - probably not, but I would look there as its actually in active developement and bound to have javascript support sometime soon.
