"Well, guys, its not that I have any kind of problem with buying an interface from a European source it just that their are a few small problems."
Apparently you do, you listed them in detail.
"A) Making arrangements for payment is at
best long tedious and or expensive in
time money or both."
Irrelavent. If it's a superior product it does not matter where it comes from. It's worth obtaning. Period.
"B) ALL of the European interface solutions
are second rate hobby hacks."
I am from the USA and I find that commnet to be rather rude. These people put forth an effort, got a product out there. If you do not like it, then don't buy it. No need to pass such a harsh judgement.
"C) Some are Incompatible with HDDriver!!!!
(NOT ACCEPTABLE)"
This is this the only one I somewhat agree on. I prefer HD Driver compaatible stuff.
"D) Not made in the USA (Not Acceptable!!)"
Again, this is going to far. It infers something is not right with other sources. It does not matter one bit where it comes from, so long as it meets the needs of the buyer.
"The only PROPER solution is a replacement for the Link 97 system here at home."
Yet again, dumb comment. If I thought like that I would not have a Hades060, which by the way is a superior product in my opinion. What did my home (USA) have to offer in comparison? Oh I remember now... pipe dreams that never came, then eventually the pipe dreams were canceled. IE: Wiztronnics if you need a name...
Atari may have originated in the USA, but everyone knows they sold a lot more units overseas.
