You can only run Windows 2000 if you get the special joystick-port switch. Make sure you don't accidentally use the mouseport, and don't try to run it on anything but a b/w tv set (yes, you will need a modulator!).
You won't be able to network with Cray systems since those have no built-in MIDI ports. Sorry, can't do a thing about that... Maybe someone else can tell you about Cray MIDI-hacks? Let me know if it works out, I have a few of those in my appartment (found them on the scrapheap), and it'd be nice to actually use them for something worthwhile.
