I recall a pretty good documentation from EarX explaining
a few basic tricks, but i don't know where you could
download it.
I also remember two books, one by Christian Nieber
about Assembly and one by ?? about programming games
on the Atari ST. Both were pretty good.
Besides, programmer's heaven has quite some stuff.
