Oh hallelujah, here we go. Get a clue about the world, will you? Just becuase everyone doesn't blindly buy anything that is stuck up under their nose, doesn't mean that they are poor.

And get a clue about Falcons, will you? Any Falcon runs in NTSC - yes Falcons sold in europe as well. It's a tiny NVRAM configuration bit to set, about 15 secs config for anyone who actually know how to use an Atari.
