Yup. I started my ps/2 project because I came across 12 1040STf's one day, they are in my 'office' stacked up by the wall, because I have no mice to sell with them. I started on an ST to VGA line doubler circuit, the ST's RGB is mostly NTSC, but the pixel clock is so fast that you need discrete pieces of dedicated hardware to do it (No PICs =[ ). I really wanted to make those, out they will cost too much to be feasible. I might try it with an FPGA, but i'm, not as versed on those as I am with the PICs. Maybe when the 15 KHz monitor supply dries up.
