all orders from now until the close date are counted as pre orders. this ensures your module(s) when they are manufactured.
Prices are hard to calculate when we don't know how many will sell, this is why there is a month window for people to order.
Of course the morepeople buy the cheaper the prices will be, we based the prices on a bases of about 30 units, so if only 5 sell , then the final fixed price will be maybe £20-£25 in the future.
