I think TOS 3.0.6 is TT specific, and 32/16/8Mhz.

The Switches... Hmmm, I forget the order, but one is Sound On/Off/Int/Ext, one is for 720K/1.44M Floppy... umm,er... maybe someone can fill in the blanks!

TT RAM is at best, only 10% faster than ST RAM, though iirc, it does better DMA to SCSI etc.

I don't think there is a cheap way to add TT RAM, as it requires a whole board, not just RAM.
