One of the jumpers on this memory board will set Fast-Page mode. This should be turned off!
There are no jumpers to change on the TT-Motherboard.

There's a couple of sheets on the TT-Ram boards.
Any Ram-sil that works in a PC 486 will also work in the TT. 70nS is enough.
The 4MB ones are hard to find. The 1MB are plenty. If you can't find any, I can supply them. (1MB not 4MB!)
The other jumpers will set some addresses.
As far as I know, you cannot damage the computer if these are put in wrong. Only dont bridge the wrong connections by moving the jumpers 90 degrees!
Only Tos 3.06 will display a memory test.
It's easy to replace teh Eproms if needed.
