My son indeed has a disability in fine motor skill. However, it comes from a weakness in the back, not in the hands. But this leads to him using his hands to help himself keeping straight when sitted.
With training though, I'm sure he can manage to use all peripherals (kb, ms, fd...), even though he obviously won't do graphics to the pixel.
I'll talk to my wife about this, and I'll probably send you this email :)
