I just listed where it's put out and you can connect
a random VGA monitor - so did i. These ECL lines are
commonly unused on VGA monitors.
Also, i assume the levels on these pins are low as
long as the TT didn't detect monochrome.
The only annoying part about the TT's VGA output is
that it actually has borders. So while the TT displays
640 x 480 pixels, it will only use up 2/3 of the
available monitor horizontally.
