If the 1MB's are sufficient, I can send you a couple that do work.
I would have to test then first, but that's no problem.
So let me know if you'd like to get the parts.
I've removed a couple of SIP modules from a 4MB Board that you can have as well.
Those do (did) work in fast page mode.
And yes, 60nS is fast enough.
The parity bit doesn't hurt at all....
