On the 1GB drive... AFTER you get everything off it, you just need to Format it with the Boot Partition of 32MB or less, (at least I think that still holds for the Falcon), and the other partions can be larger. My TT/030s all use 2.1GB HDs with one 32MB Boot partition and 8 partitions of 268MB each.
