Back to the original question.
It looks like the former authors of No!-Desk have a website,
www.hologarage.de, and there is a file to download under http://www.umich.edu/~archive/atari/Utilities/Desktop/NoDsk301.lzh, however, i'm quite sure it's the demo that was found on FTP-Servers until very recently, too.
I doubt it's still being sold. But why not ask the guys at
this hologarage, since they mention it on their page ?
No!-Desk is fairly outdated with regard to Thing or Jinnee, i think it was primarily intended to be used with TOS.
