I don't have a list, but many of the freeware games released in the last ten years have a Jagpad option, so you will get a fair amount of use from it.
On the other hand, very few commercial games came out with a Jagpad option.
If you wish, Best Electronics sells a Jagpad to joystick adapter, so you could use your Jagpad (and it's A & B buttons) for practically any game.
