I thot that might do the trick. Are you using ICD SCSI Pro. The last update that I got from them was 6.5.5. If not that version you can find it as a zip file via google under ICD. Down about the end of their page is a download file.
Glad my little bit of knowledge on this stuff helped out. I use ICD software in all operations with my hard drives. The latest one will help with IDE drives as well as scsi drives.
