I don't know anyone that is willing to part with one either, I think you have an uphill struggle to get your hands on one to be honest, not very many were built as far as I know. Why are you looking forr a Milan specifcally? If you are simply looking for a powerful TOS system then I bleieve there are still some unsold CT63 boards which would be a far cheaper (and more powerful) solution, even if you have to get a Falcon specifically for it.
