I also have the same ethernet card in my TT, but unfortunately I have absolutely no idea how to use it as well :-(
When I got the TT it was set up with the programs running in the auto folder (I think, it was a while ago) but as I had no use for it at the time, I just copied the files somewhere and left it at that. Perhaps it works automatically on start up and just detects networks (perhaps with just other bionet cards) automatically (perhaps wishful thinking, I haven't come across an Atari network program yet that doesn't involve tinkering with some arcane text files! ;-))
I would have a look and see what the settings for mine are, but I have two problems, the first being that I've just moved house and the TT is buried somewhere in a box, and the second being that I was halfway through installing a memory upgrade and hadn't quite finished, so the computer isn't at the moment working :-( If you get no luck though with someone else I could try and dig it out at some point in a couple of weeks..
