I live in NYC. Tell you what. No charge for the PSU... If you send me a box with prepaid postage, addressed back to you, I will send you the PSU. This way you can have whatever freight method you desire. I'll put the PSU in anti-static bag and, of course, package it in foam for overseas shipping. The PSU works just fine, but remember the fan is missing and a couple of the 12v leads have been snipped (very easy thing to fix..). I checked it with my Fluke and all the voltages are good.
