These are rare indeed, though I found one on ebay in germany. To be honest, this is the most likely place you will find them, and every time I have found one, it's been in Germany.
If you don't want to navigate round the German site, you can always use the advanced search functions in ebay and set it to worldwide. Also, you are most likely to find one by searching for VME, rather than Atari or TT.
