You are absolutely right about Atari, and what it WAS. It most definately WAS the most advanced at the time. I too was and AM a die-hard Atari Fan. I started back in 1985/86 with a 130XE, and shortly after upgraded to a 1040ST, Mega ST4, and Mega STE4... I operated a BBS back in the late 80's, early 90's, enjoyed the heck out of these computers, still do! And I too wish there was a way we can revive these. NOW is the time. TOS can be developed in such a manner to simply kick MSOFT in the AZZ... And with the right advertisement, excitement can be created, and can be accomplished. I like your enthusiasm of the petition, buy it's always easy to suggest these things, but what's more important is that you carry this out!!

Heck, I would love to buy the rights to the Atari name, for the computer division of things, and form a development/marketing team, of course, with little or no money, this is not an easy thing to do... It would make me grin from ear to ear to see Atari, POWER WITHOUT THE PRICE, advertising out there, and to see the excitement that once was there, and I believe can still be there!!!

But these things have to be done NOW!

Ok, so I am babbling, I'm shutting up now.
