I got off my back-side and had a look inside the TT.
Mine is a Panasonic erm, BRe3? Anyway, its a 6Volt job!
Now, going on this, I have had a look around, and found info on the TT Batteries that point out the the older Models are 6v ( Mine is an early one so the 6v does go with that ) and the newer ones are... Oh? Erm... 3.6? Anyway, what I got was that mine is 6v, so, thats the important bit I need to remember right now.
Another hting I found out too, which is a bit of good news, is that the guy who wrote about the betteries in the page, also wrote that he has the 6v one, like me, and has used 4x1.5v standard AA batteries.
Now, I have a battery pack that I have stolen from one of the kids toys that holds 4x1.5 AAA ( The very small ones ) and that would be just peachy.
I am wondering though... What if mine is a 3v job and the 6v will kill it? Maybe it already has with the timer being that far out? How would I know?
The only thing I have that verifies its the older one is that its originally a 16Mhz TT upped to 32, and that means its the older one model.
Erm, what else?
That will do for now.
