Hmm...
Right, I have tried and failed to get Midi to play out on any of the Serial ports on the TT.
The 2 that are on the motherboard are just that... On the Motherboard, the other 2 are connvected via a small ribbon cable to a blanking plate and this is the VME port thingy.
NONE of these ports seem to be doing anything at all???
What I have done, is simply made up some midi adapters based on info found, and also by swapping over pins 2&3 and 5&7 ( as the TT has 4 of the 9 pin Serial ports, and there is NO 25 pin port at all )
I am running CuBase Score, and I have connected 4 synths up to these extra ports and I have gone through all my MROS files in the hope of getting anythign to play, but alas, I have nothing.
What the hell am I doing wrong?
Id there a proper TT Midi port that I can buy cos I am at a complete loss here?
Can I just use a 25-9 pin adapter on the ST one I wonder> I dont see why not, so thats my next move, however, I would obviously much prefer to have access to more than one extra port, so I would very much prefer to be able to do it.
