Reading your thread with interest, but without much knowledge! :-)

Some ideas...
Not certain you can address more than 2(?) Serial ports at the same time on a TT.

Only one Serial port, (at a time, since the 4 connectors share 2 real ports, iirc), can handle 38,400... unless you use like FSerial patch.

I could write a quick little PRG to scan the Serial ports and report the RAW info that's there... if something like that doesn't exist already.
