Cubase is a VERY heavy program, they always said it should be run in mono. Try to run in other mode and, in my vanila Falcon, get cliping all the time. Depends of how many audio tracks you use, still... Midi timing should be afected too. Cubase audio on a TT?! You could use a scsi disk but where would you put those wonderfull interfaces (no DSP port)?!
