LOL Waited to read the second post before replying.

Ok, We are somewhere near the same wavelength then at least.

I have absolutely no problems with Midi Timing.

I do have problems with some midi notes going missing.

This only happens with the ROLAND MT32 and only on Modem1, and as I am workign out, only with percussion sounds?

Any other device on Modem1, or the roland on any other port is just fine ( Well, so far anyway, but I have only been messing with the roland the last few days, so I might be wrong )

I have one of those feelings that its just an incompatibility that the Roland simply hates being on Modem1

I have done one small test, and thrown a fairly heavy pieceall through MODEM1 onto a coupel of other synths and the piece seems to play just fine, so its not like the Modem1 port isnt able to handle a load of data, cos it handles a surprisingly large ammount of data just fine.

I have also done bulk dumps through it too, and all the data does get through! - its just that sodding Roland.
