Yes handy got its own driver and TOOLs for managing.

The device is quite small, lightweight, rock solid. Its PLUG'N'PLAY like device, you dont need to connect any cables, just put the HANDY to ROM port and got huge space for datas.
HardDisk version IS AS FAST AS CAN BE with ATARI ST. And its fast same as ACSI devices.
Plus FLASH version is tottaly ULTRA COOL STUFF, because theres no ACCESS TIME! Its mean that if you want copy any amount of files you never more have to waste time to analize each file, so copying is ULTRA FAST even ST still can do its limits like transfer about 1MB/s.
