I never understood the Atari/Amiga rivalry either. Truth be told, I've always had a foot squarely in both camps, maybe with a slight bias toward Atari (especially the TT since it was my first "real" computer - back in summer '89). To this day, I still use the TT pretty routinely. My wife is a professional writer and she uses it, too -- for DTP mostly. My other main computer is a highly tricked "big box" Amiga 4k w/ PPC, PCI, etc. that I consider my "primary" computer. Atari and Amiga I've always considered "equals", for lack of a better word. I just know that MacOS always made me feel like I was working with Crayons and being lectured to. And WindowsOS...? Where does one even begin? Thats just a big pile of dog poop; always has been, always will be.
