Well, it does not appear to be a hacked version.
It is dated 1988 by Happy Computers INC. throughout, including the back side documentation disk.
This version appears to have been either unreleased to the public or since it was made in 1988, had a VERY SMALL distribution.
Perhaps it was the last version (a minor upgrade to v7.1) just before Happy closed up shop.
I got it as a gift from Christopher Strong 2 years ago, when I traded him my 1090XL for his (extra) 1400XL.
I later sold the 1400XL to Bernd Sedlmair the German Atari webmaster, which I now regret, but at least he paid me $600 bucks for it. (I needed a new video camera) :(
