Erm, GEM is available for PC.

The Amstrad 1512 and 1640 PCs had it, including such goodies as GEMPaint... It was fairly mediocre I will admit compared to the Atari Version, but it was still GEM.

I have it still here, although I seriously doubt it would be any cop on a Pc these days, I do however, have TimeWorks DTP for it... Well sweet.... Useles, but sweet.
