I am simply posting what Gembench reported. I' ve never used a tt so I can't have a personal opinion. Benchmark your TT, maybe something was not recorded right. However I believe you are a bit biased against the falcon as I am for it. And I also believe that there is something running on your falcon that makes it slowdown. Please give a detailed description of what you have in your auto folder and any desk accessories that you might be using.
It is true that the tt is a much faster machine mostly due to it's bus, and also that in the falcon, the blitter is actually slowing the machine down when used. It is also true though that the falcon has a more advanced desktop and that would also be a cause for a feeling of slowness. NVDI cures this, trust me.
