Oh bugger.
I have finished the installation.
It failed to install pretty much everything to do with xfree so thats any kind of window system sorted out.
I have checked out the CD and it looks like everything is on the CD, and where it should be in the tree, and the tarballs seem to be fine, but why it failed I dont know?
I will have to dig out NAES2 and force it to install that next time... Not entirely sure Whether that needs to be setup or prepared in any particular way, so thats one thats going to confuse the hell out of me, but, of course, I ilwl try to get this system sorted out first.
Give it the rest of the day, but apart from that, I dont know?
I am also seemingly stuck in 40 column mode... Is there any way I can force 80 columns so I can see what I am doing better?
