There is an item called an interface unit that plugs into t6he slm and atari machine. If I rwemember correctly one end of cable has 27 pin plug on it. I had a local elect shop makwe one up for me to use with my Falcon. Still got the cable but SLM are gone.
BDAQUA you must be of the older set using Ataris8, and I like you are ancient going back to the late 70s or early 80s with these machines and I also smoke---looks like we're kinda alike.
