Actually, the latest MagiCMacX, 1.2.0, IS in English "right out of the box". It was released in December 2004.

AIUI, ASH sell MMX on behalf of its author, Andreas Kromke, so it would be better to ask him for any update news.

BTW, the link given is deprecated. The URL to use is ddp.atari.org (although it points to the same place at the moment).
