I agree 101% with you on this.
Quite possibly the one thing that made the ST survive for so long more than anything, was the Built-in Midi ports.
Expanding on this with such devices as the export etc is a natural progression, and then to have that taken away on the Falcon was absolutely thick.
To have the Falcon dropped down to 16Mhz was beyond all hope, the most stupid thing ever.
My TT I have to say has run 99% of all software I have thrown at it.
The one and only issue I have had with it. is that some programs dont like the ST/TT RAM and if I try to run them using TTRAM, they might crash, but setting the flags to STRAM cured any issues I had.
CuBase v2 does not like the TT although I myself never tried it, so I might do that tonight, but CuBase v3 and above, also CuBase Score runs just fine on the TT... Not tried Audio.
So, for me, the TT has proved to be the most perfect Atari, as I just dont have any crashes or any problematic software at all... Ever!
And thankfully the Emagic Export ( I think its Emagic? ) with the 3-Midi ports, works perfectly well iunder the TT so thanks to a higher being for that. As you know, the Falcon however... Different Story!
We got to be thankful for one thign however wit hthe Falcon, and that is, how upgradeable its been... Its capable of being a serious powerhouse isnt it? - Ok, so has the TT come to think of it... And the ST with the Pak68... Ok, they all have then!!!
