Most simple Falcon speeders simply overclock the CPU, which is _not_ done by the Amiga speeders. They usually have their own separate CPU replacing the original Amiga CPU.
At least some Falcons have a re-labelled batch of 68030 that are actually capable of handling 32MHz, but not all. Also, the Falcon usually tends to develop heat problems when clocked at 32MHz.
Still, this solution is terribly cheap: Only the 32MHz clock provided in the Falcon anyhow needs to be fed to the CPU and the DMA needs to be patched, but no additional CPU is required.
